Great game poor customer service

This game is very addictive and very fun to play! To get ahead in the game faster you need to buy things. Be very careful of the promos that they threw up on the screen! I have paid for three of them so far and only got credit for two. When I try to contact customer service they take days to respond then tell me that Ive already been credited for it. Which is not true. I would not go out of my way to contact Apple, take screenshots, wait 4 to 5 days for a response just for the little bit of extras. Im upset and did all that because I wasted almost 5 dollars. The one that I did not get credit for was the 900% off for newbies. I paid 4.99 for it and did not receive it. So yes it makes me very mad. I would give this game five stars of customer service would step up a little bit......
